Abstract

تلعب الإمكانات الطبيعية المتاحة من مصادر الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة إلى جانب سياسات تحسين كفاءة الطاقة أدورا رئيسية في استدامة الطاقة، شرط الاستفادة من الإمكانات والمصادر بحسب جدواها الفنية والاقتصادية في تطبيق جملة من السياسات تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للفئات المختلفة في كل دولة، مع إيجاد قناعات متمثلة في ضرورة الحفاظ على موارد الطاقة المتاحة والحد من تلوث البيئة، وهذا ما سنحاول التطرق اليه من خلال هذه الورقة لبحثية من خلال دراسة احدى الدول الرائدة في مجال الطاقات المتجددة أنا وهي الصين.
