Requirements for establishing Takaful insurance system in Algeria

Abstract

This research paper aims to study and analyze the requirements for establishing and activating the Takaful insurance system in Algeria. To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire form was designed with the aim of transforming the study from a qualitative study into a measurable quantitative study, allowing us to know the weight of each of the requirements, which we tried to work on quantifying through The form was presented for statistical testing, after distributing it to a sample of 52 individuals from insurance company frameworks. After collecting data and analyzing the results of the questionnaire using appropriate statistical methods, the study concluded that it is necessary to adapt the accounting system related to insurance to the specificity of Takaful insurance, ensure the proper application of insurance contracts, and establish a legitimate supervisory body in the field of insurance, while building a good social image of the Takaful insurance system in society circles.
