Abstract
This research paper aims to elucidate the correlation between creativity and
entrepreneurship, shedding light on the significance and role of the open creativity approach
as a means to attract and generate novel ideas within business organizations, particularly in
collaboration with external partners. The study addresses how adopting open creativity can
assist business organizations, enhance business performance, gain a competitive, advantage
and foster entrepreneurship. Analytical and descriptive methods were used in conducting
this research. The results indicate that globally comparable data from networks dedicated to
promoting creativity demonstrate a substantial worldwide inclination toward embracing
open creativity. Moreover, this study recommends the adoption of creative and innovative
ideas and their implementation in specialized businesses to pave the way for aspiring
entrepreneurs, in leading global organizations such as NASA.
