دور الإدارة المتكاملة للموارد المائية في المحافظة والتسيير الجيد المياه في الدول العربية

Abstract

يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على واقع الموارد المائية في الدول العربية، ومصادر التلوث، ودور الإدارة المتكاملة للموارد المائية للحفاظ عليها. وبما أن الموارد المائية المحدودة والطلب المتزايد قد يؤديان بالاقتصادات إلى ضغوط داخلية وخارجية، خاصة إذا كان الأمر يتعلق بالغذاء، يجب أن نحسب موارد المياه المتوفرة من حيث المصادر وحجم توافرها وحجم الطلب وتحديد فجوة المياه، ومحاولة إيجاد تأثير الإنفاق الحكومي على الموارد المائية وجدوى الاستثمارات المائية لمحاربة الطلب المتزايد، وكفاية تشريعات المياه والالتزام بالمعايير تحدد حجم وتكلفة الانحراف عن الأعراف والمعايير والتأثيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئة عليها. This research highlights the reality of water resources in the countries in the Arab Countries, the sources of contamination, and the role of the integrated management of water resources to preserve them. As the limited water resources and increasing demand may lead economies to internal and external pressures, especially if it comes to food, we must count the water resources that are available in terms of sources and the size of their availability and the size of demand and determine the gap of water, and try to find the impact of government spending on water resources and the feasibility of water investments to fight growing demand, and the adequacy of water legislation and a commitment to the criteria set the size and cost of deviation from the norms, standards and economic and social impacts and the environment on it.
